Check out the lead single from William Shatner’s new album “The Blues”. It is a cover of BB King’s “The Thrill Is Gone”. The song features Ritchie Blackmore on lead guitar.

October 2nd 2020 William Shatner will be releasing his new album “The Blues”.

As the title suggests it’s an album of Blues standards.

The album features some great guest guitar players like Jeff “Skunk” Baxter, Steve Cropper and Pat Travers.

The lead off single is a cover of BB King’s “The Thrill Is Gone” which features Deep Purple and Rainbow guitarist Ritchie Blackmore with his wife Candice night on backing vocals.
